  • Full-Day Rental: 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM
  • Hourly Rental: Please include your requested start and end times

To reserve your event date at the W.T. Gladden Events Center, a signed Rental Agreement and a non-refundable "Save the Date" deposit are required. This deposit secures your selected date and will be applied toward your total rental balance.

Please note that dates are not guaranteed until both the signed agreement and deposit have been received. All payments must be made in person at our office, and we currently accept cash or check only. No online or credit card payments are accepted.

Booking Requirements:

• Complete and sign the Rental Agreement
• Submit the non-refundable Save the Date deposit
• Submit payment in person at our office (cash or check only)
• Your date is officially reserved once the agreement and deposit are received

Upper Lawn & Elegant Event Tent

Our beautifully maintained 30,000-square-foot Upper Lawn features a spacious 2,400-square-foot event tent, creating an inviting setting for ceremonies, dining, dancing, and celebrations of all kinds.

For added comfort and charm, optional tent sidewalls can be installed to provide wind protection while enhancing the overall ambiance of your event.

Expansive Lower Lawn

Looking for even more space? The 54,000-square-foot Lower Lawn is available for use alongside the Upper Lawn, providing endless possibilities for larger guest counts, outdoor activities, photo opportunities, vendor setups, or customized event layouts.

Together, these expansive lawns offer the flexibility to bring your vision to life.

 Scenic Pond Views

The venue's peaceful pond serves as a stunning visual centerpiece and creates a picturesque backdrop for photographs, ceremonies, and memorable moments throughout your event.

To preserve the beauty and safety of the area, the pond is intended as a visual amenity unless otherwise specified in the License Agreement and covered by the required Certificate of Insurance.
